I just bought $2000 worth of Apple Cards (4 x $500). When I tried to use them, one of the cards did not work.
I called the store, and I was told that this could not be refunded at the store level, but I had to contact the Head Office.

I made 2 separate purchases and I did not get the promotion points that was advertised. First transaction was $153.49 and I only received 2025 points.
The second transaction I spent $227.97 and only received 3015 points. There was a promotion going on that day ( December 6th ) and I should have received over 85,000 points between the 2 transactions. Why did I not receive the full points?
Thats a HUGE variation. Please look into and get back to me.

Pepsi was on sale for two days. I went the second day, and no product was available.
I called the store and shopper customer service; they claimed no control over inventory in both cases. I asked for a rain check, but they said it's against policy for a two-day sale.
I'm not satisfied. The advertised product wasn't available; this is not acceptable!

- Store manager yelled, forced me to leave and banned me; I was accused of stealing and told to contact head office for legal action.
Honestly its way to much to text and thats why its so serious that I need to address this matter to the top head office and I am wanting to take this situation to legal services. No customer should ever half to put up with the abuse, emotionally, physically and mentally he basically harassed me , telling me I had to stop my shopping immediately get out the store , and im not allowed to get my perscription and I can never come back there again im banned , he treated me so low like I was a disgusting piece of *** of the earth he told the cashier to not serve me or the pharmacist.
This was not just embarrassing but completely disrespectful, rude, unprofessional like who would hire someone with such a hateful, naughty, mean attitude. And he did this infront of so many customers , treating me like I stole something from there and I sid not I sampled some body sprays on sale and I did a smell test because I have very sensitive skin , exema I break out in hives, rashes, and other horrible skin infections, so I did a skin test from the testers and some I sprayed a bite in the air, which I made sure the aisle were clear so it wouldn't b irritating and disturbing other customers well being , that's when he approached me with a rude adrenaline voice and asked if I was spraying on me or in the air I explained the situation to him, he was very hostile rude with a very bad attitude, right away accusing me of stealing , he could even care less that I said how much of a reg customer I was, giving me a warning, so I apologize and said ok np, he walked away angry then I started making my way to the pharmacy, then all of a sudden he ran up to me telling me I had to get out , that he watched the camera n said I was spraying some of them on a couple areas of my body to do the skin test, so for that he was forcing me to get out, he thought he was asking me nicely to leave but his tone was completely in a deep rage with attack. I have never had any manager make me feel so low, uncomfortable like I was nothing, like I already suffer with alot of medical and mental health issues including severe low self esteem, anxiety, manic clinically depressant. and more.
This so called manager should have never been hired in the customer service field clearly he has no skills in that or how to treat and talk to people period, that is beyond horrible and yet hes representing shoppers drug mart with a bad attitude, so if I was tortured with that, awful horrible experience I can only imagine how much of a nightmare the employees have experienced. Please I desperately need the head office manager and owner help me to solving this issue,like i have been illegal assaulted, and would like to speak to a lawyer about and taking some sort of legal action.

- The order was ready but the missing item wasn't in the bag.
Your pharmacy gave me two medications of the same and cannot find the other one I needed yet says it was ready. Not very good if you don't look at what you are putting in a bag and have the same two medications and don't have the other one.
Preferred solution: Make sure they look what's in a package as that is dangerous.

I have never heard back from shoppers drugmart Customer service. They promised someone would be in touch within 48 hours at the latest - NOTHING
Honour your commitment by following up with the customer.
NO one has called back or emailed. I have even being checking my junk mail

- Policy requires emailing evidence and a 2-week reply; no direct phone line; waited 3+ weeks before a rep said there was no reply.
Online it stated if you have a complain about Shopper Drug store product or service people need to submit all evidence by email only then wait for 2 weeks for a reply/response.
There is no direct phone line to discuss any complain issue.
I waited for over 3 weeks.
I finally get the direct phone line from Pissed Consumer and she explained had no idea why there is no response to my email, I think its a very poor customer system/process.

- Bought a perfume sample set two years ago and redeemed today for a full bottle; manager said policy changed and won't honor it; out over $100.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Provided the full size perfume. Don’t give up and ensure you are speaking with the manager.
I bought a perfume sample set two years ago whereby you select your favourite and bring in a card for a full perfume. I was told there was no expiration date, and I was not told I had to keep the receipt.
I finally went to redeem today and was informed by the manager at Bernard Ave, Kelowna, that Shoppers had since changed their policy and they would not honour it. I did everything I was told to do and essentially I am out over 100 dollars.
Absolutely crap customer service. I will never shop there again even though I live right across the street.

- Online booking to quit smoking at macphillips three days ahead; no pharmacist available.
- At Main st. same issue; no pharmacist available.
Made an appointmen on quitting smoking online booked it 3 days ahead of time in macphillips then i went and nobody there to help me . Did it again on Main st.
And same scenario no pharmacist available to do the quit smoking. It was to locations and it is unprofessionall on your co to vonfirm my appointment on line gave me confirmation but never gave me a confirmation that nobody there will help.
